About this project
Built for a recruitment company, not for job seekers. The agency is the user, and the system runs its two-sided business:
- CV management. Candidate records held and organised: experience, qualifications and history, kept in a searchable database rather than a mailbox of attachments.
- Hiring requests. Companies send in what they need, and the agency works those requests against its candidate pool.
- Overseas placement. The core of it: hiring for companies outside Lebanon and outside the region, which is where the agency's value lies and where the paperwork and coordination are hardest.
